Third Space Studio is purpose-built for personal training. Spacious enough to move freely, yet private enough to stay focused. Designed with versatility in mind, the space is fully equipped with everything you need for a well-rounded workout.

Whether you're looking for lifting, plyometrics, stretching, or recovery, the layout encourages seamless transitions between movements without waiting for space or equipment.

Reed + Jorge have been training together over the course of three years, developing a coaching philosophy grounded in embodied strength, inner resilience, functional movement.

With a decade of fitness coaching under his belt, Jorge offers accessible and strategic trainings that will set you up with the knowledge needed to sustain long-term body health.
A life long mover, Reed has spent her career cultivating a unique perspective on physical training, leading clients to discover strength through expression, presence, and body awareness,
