Meet Carly
Carly is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Clients and those who know her describe Carly as dedicated, intuitive, down-to-earth, and deeply understanding. Her calming warmth creates an environment where one can feel comfortable having important conversations, without judgement or pressure.
Having worked with diverse populations, Carly rejects the one-size-fits-all method. She takes time to identify each person's unique personality, perception, strengths, and goals before introducing technique and practical skills that will prepare clients to navigate challenges in healthy, respectful ways. She supports her clients to be active participants in the exploration of their values, expectations, and ambitions in a way that feels authentic to them. Her work is built on the belief that there are many routes to a destination, and the one that truly works has to be chosen by the individual. Getting lost is part of being human. Carly strives to help people understand where they are, where they want to go, and how to navigate all of life's paths.
Carly views wellbeing through a mind-body lens. Emotional patterns shape the way we move through the world, and our physical experiences influence how we feel and think. By honoring both, she helps clients develop insight that supports their mental health and the way they inhabit their bodies.
