Third Space Studio specializes in HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). Coaches reserve a 1 hour time block for sessions allowing for a 45 minute training and any needed time to review. Expect a dynamic mix of strength training, plyometrics, heavy bag work, dance-inspired conditioning, mind-body integration, and mobility work. Each session is designed to build strength, endurance, coordination, body awareness, and support for your goals. Every session is fully coach-led, scalable to your fitness level, and thoughtfully structured to keep the body moving in fresh and exciting ways.
Both! Third Space Studio offers in-person sessions with the use of our equipment, as well as virtual options, including personalized training plans and subscription-based training videos.
Yes! All members of Third Space Studio are certified for Personal Training and Nutritional Coaching through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Third Space Studio coaches provide guidance to help clients properly fuel their bodies to support their activity levels, optimize performance, and achieve their fitness goals. While they do not provide medical nutrition therapy, coaches offer practical advice on meal timing, macronutrient balance, and sustainable fueling strategies tailored to your lifestyle and workouts.
